Where we ship

Biomaser ships to most countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact biomaserservice@gmail.com before ordering.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over USD 79.99. For orders below USD 79.99, standard or expedited shipping is available at USD 9.99–24.99, depending on destination and selected method.

Processing and delivery

Orders are sent to our factory within 24 hours after placement and may require an additional 1–3 business days for stock checks, quality checks, packaging, and processing. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when available.

For China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the listed European destinations, DHL delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. For other destinations, China Post Air Mail is generally estimated at 7–45 business days after dispatch, depending on country and address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, carrier capacity, weather, or other events outside our control.

Taxes and duties

Goods ship from China. Biomaser pays applicable export tax. Destination import taxes, duties, customs charges, and similar charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility at the applicable local rate.

Tracking and address accuracy

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a tracking email. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
