Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
If you need help with an order, contact Biomaser at biomaserservice@gmail.com before sending an item back. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Return authorization
Please contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return authorization number (RMA). We will provide return instructions and the authorized return address after reviewing your request. Do not send an item back without prior authorization; unauthorized returns can delay handling or be refused where permitted by law.
Eligibility
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, returned products must be new, unused, in original packaging, and returned with all included accessories in resalable condition. Where permitted by law, Biomaser may reduce a refund for missing parts or damage not caused by Biomaser or the carrier.
Return shipping and exchanges
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for prepaying return shipping and associated costs and bears the risk of loss or damage while the return is in transit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For an order originally shipped free of charge, Biomaser may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund where permitted by law. If an item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, contact us promptly; approved same-item exchanges are subject to availability, and Biomaser will provide the appropriate return-shipping resolution.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or an order has shipped.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory law provides a longer return, withdrawal, remedy, or refund right, that law applies.
